The customer service at this hotel was exceptional, with attentive staff members making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. the breakfast selection was fantastic, especially the fresh fruit juices and made-to-order eggs. Some improvements could be made in terms of room cleanliness and faster room service.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! the staff here made me feel like part of their family. From the front desk team surprising me with balloons and a birthday card to the sky lounge bar staff accommodating my photography requests, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. the room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the gulf. the breakfast options were plentiful, and the staff always made sure to address me by name. the location is perfect, right in the heart of Dubai, within walking distance of many attractions.

While my overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor hiccups. One evening, I requested a corkscrew from room service, which never arrived.

Great location between two metro stations, allowing easy access to the Museum of the Future in 15 minutes. the room on the 18th floor with a balcony overlooking Sheikh Zeid road was spacious with a huge bed and pleasant sitting area. the corner room had windows on two sides, providing beautiful views. the staff is attentive and helped retrieve a lost phone efficiently.

Elevator waits can be lengthy and crowded, 4 elevators feel like only 2 working.

The breakfast buffet was top-notch, and the dinner a la carte was a foodie's dream. The staff, especially roomaid with the impeccable service, made our stay unforgettable. The gym and pool were stellar, and the rooftop bar offered the most mesmerizing view of Dubai.

Staff was a bit lackluster, but we didn't let it dull our experience. Despite a hiccup with the room arrangement, the overall stay was still a delicious adventure in the heart of Dubai.

A minibar and a working desk are also included, which added a touch of convenience to my stay. The rooftop swimming pool on the 43rd floor was an absolute delight, offering stunning panoramic views of Dubai's skyline and the Jumeirah coastline. It felt like swimming in the clouds, a truly surreal experience.

Located close to DIFC metro station and in the center of the city, Luigi italian restaurant offers a convenient stay and easy access to tourist spots. The staff is professional, friendly, and attentive, making for an enjoyable visit. The room and bathroom are well-maintained, with daily cleaning, and provide a comfortable stay. Breakfast offers a great variety of food and is served by a friendly staff.

Some guests have reported difficulty in getting a room with a specific view.

We loved the central location of the hotel, just a short walk away from the metro station and the bustling downtown area. The hotel facilities were great, especially the heated pool and Lounge 43. We were really surprised by the cleanliness of everything, from the bed to the pillows, and even the air smelled fresh.

We had a wonderful stay at Four Points. the staff, including Mrs Verna at the main restaurant and Mr Arun from Housekeeping, were all kind and supportive. the service was top-notch, with the staff always willing to help, no matter how small the request. the hotel is easily reachable from the service road off Shk Zayed Rd, and the valet and reception teams were extremely helpful and courteous. We were even upgraded to a beautiful 2-bed apartment with a wrap-around balcony and stunning views. the cleanliness of the room and the fast wifi were also impressive.

stayed at Four Points for 8 nights. super spacious 2-bedroom hotel apartment for my family of 5. bader welcomed us warmly at check-in. all staff, especially chef srikumar and sandeep, were friendly and efficient at breakfast. nice balcony with bright, clean room and friendly concierges. kudos to mrs verna at the main restaurant for her kindness. a big thank you to the helpful staff during a hospital incident - ambulance, pick-up, and late checkout provided.

I recently stayed at Four Points in Dubai for 3 days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location on the main road was excellent, with easy access to the subway and Dubai Mall only one stop away. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooftop swimming pool on the 43rd floor was a real highlight, offering stunning views.

The location was perfect for exploring around, and the value for money was totally worth it. I even had a loyalty card for some cool upgrades and the bar had impeccable service and a fab dinner 🌟. Only downside: the towels in the bathroom had a funky smell, but it didn't ruin the experience!

the breakfast selection was great and the staff were very helpful. the hotel is conveniently located near the World Trade Center convention center, making it easy to get around. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony. the housekeeping was good and the hotel had excellent sanitation measures in place. I received a warm welcome from the receptionist and the check-in and check-out process was smooth.

A perfect spot between work and play. The rooms were so cozy, I didn't want to leave. Charlie's Pub became my go-to spot for a brew. Just a hop away from all the action - what more could a traveller want? This place truly felt like home, but way fancier!

Had a great Xmas stay! Loved the spacious and modern 2-bedroom suite with all necessary amenities. The central location made it easy to access popular spots and the metro station. The staff were considerate and even allowed a late checkout at no charge. The in-room dining options were also great!

As young holiday goers, we loved the convenient location near the Financial Centre Metro Station and the ease of reaching popular attractions like Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall with just one train ride. The surrounding restaurants provided plenty of dining options, and the spectacular views added to the overall experience. The Sky Lounge on the 43rd floor was absolutely amazing, offering breathtaking vistas. The recreation center and spa facilities on the 41st floor were a great way to relax and unwind during our stay. The service from the hotel staff was exceptional, especially Renju who kindly organized an early check-in for us. The Four Points team really knows how to deliver excellent customer service.

I loved staying at this hotel! It's situated in an incredible location with everything I needed available within walking distance. Moreover, there were two metro stations within walking distance which was so convenient! The service was exceptional, the staff were friendly and gave great customer service from check-in to check-out. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests. The rooms were fantastic as well, with all the necessary amenities, such as an ironing board, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxury hotel with everything they could need!

We had an amazing stay during Christmas at this hotel. Two things we loved were the excellent facilities and the very nice customer service. The location was also great, very close to metro stops , made it convenient for us to explore the city. The staff, particularly Elena, the long stay manager, were really good too ensure any issues were promptly resolved. The rooms were clean, well-equipped with modern facilities, and had a amazing view.
